If I could give a half of a star I would. Look at both pictures. One is what the sandwich suppose to look like and the other one in my hand is what I received. I just spent nearly $60 at the Arby’s on Zelda Rd for dinner for my family and all of our food looked like this. I just didn’t want to take more photos of this disappointment.

I am from out of town and I just went through the drive thru. I had a coupon. The guy at the window argued with me because he lied and said he couldn’t take the coupon at the window. He proceeded to throw my card on the ground when I tried to pay, and refused to give me my drinks. A manager had to step in. The food is absolutely not what I typically receive from an Arby’s, subpar to say the least. I have never had an experience like this. Never again.
