I went to the Sullivant Ave location on 5/5/23. (On the corner of Sullivant and Demorest.) This place dropped the ball on so many levels. I ordered a Big Don sub. I’ve attached a picture of it. Would you eat that? I went back to the location to get a replacement sub. It was hours later when I took it back due to having to work because the sub was for my lunch. Which since the sub was not eaten and it was still in the condition I received it, there shouldn’t have been a problem replacing it. I walked in the store a little after 6pm. There were at least 4 or 5 employees working. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone came up to help me. Finally, someone came up and I asked for the manager. He said, “I am.” Which I was very surprised because he came from the back horse playing and was using profanity. I explained my situation and he said he couldn’t take it back that the sub I had was clearly from there but that’s how they make them. Then pointed out how it was hours later that I brought it back. I explained why and his exact wording was “It doesn’t matter and I’m not taking it back.” I was so shocked. I asked him his name and stated I was contacting corporate. He said, “I’m Joey and I am the General Manager.” I’m in the process of reaching out to corporate now. If this is the attitude of the General Manager, I’m not surprised about why I waited so long to be acknowledged walking in. Service and food was horrible. I should have read previous reviews. DO NOT expect good service or quality food from the Demorest Rd location. You will be disappointed. I was and still am.

The food was delicious, I mean really good. Service was 5+ stars , super friendly. A local restaurant, I can understand why they have been there for a while. We had multiple pizzas, all delicious, a great salad, sub sandwich, and drinks. They were super helpful and very accommodating.

Fast friendly service. Pizza and Calzone were made to perfection. Staff was very courteous when and the phone. Order was made to perfection. Was ready in the time frame specified for pickup! One of the best locations in central Ohio. Have never had a bad experience here.

I called to inquire on the pizza and why there was not extra sauce added to the pizza. Before I could finish The lady cut me off and said “I made that pizza myself I know there is thick sauce on there”. There was also a issue with the sub and it states the specific order on the receipt attached to the sub bag.

Once again Donatos quality has been an issue and they ripped us off on top of it. Tonight we ordered 2 Big Don subs and 2 ham and cheese subs all of which was supposed to have extra meat and cheese on them. Not a one of them had extra meat and cheese on them but yet when I informed the location of this problem the only thing they offered to do was remake them if my husband cared to return to the location and wait for them to remake them once they seen they were made wrong. I tried explaining to Amanda (manager) that my husband had to be up at 4 am so returning was not an option and that’s when I was informed that we would just be out the money we paid because they no longer give credit for their mistakes. If this was not bad enough 2 of the subs were over cooked so bad that not even extra meat and cheese would of made these subs taste good. Anyone having quality issues with Donatos should be prepared for their corporate

Placed my order via phonr call and ordered my pizza well done bc often times donatoes does not cook their pizza all the way thru and i have gotten food poisoning. Today i try again and this is what i got a cold not done pizza. Very poor food quality for a 20 pizza. Wont order from here again i would give zero stars
