The prices listed on their website were way off from the prices listed in store. They charged extra for oil and vinegar on a salad, charged extra for “strawberry and banana flavor” on a strawberry and banana smoothie and for charged extra for skim milk. The salads were inedible. The man heard us talking about the prices and inedible salad and said nothing. When we said we would leave a yelp review he told us “if you really want to make it count we’re also on google reviews” and walked away. Absolutely horrible customer service with no attempt to resolve the issue. The chai latte was good, but not worth it given the attitude from the employees. Would not recommend going here

Very clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We had the Sauerbraten Deluxe and breakfast sandwich. Both were great. If you haven’t been, the go. Try it. You’ll love it.

Discount ingredients disguised as fancy. Ordered a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich on a hard roll. It came on half a cold sub roll with that transparent rubbery (possibly microwaved) bacon you get at continental hotel breakfast. Nearly $12 for just the sandwich, which included a smear of premade smashed avocado. Would have been ~$10 w/o avo. Staff was nice though…

I’ve been here a bunch of times and the food is always great! I’ve recently started dining in and it’s a great spot to hang out, have some pastries, and get some work done. I can definitely recommend a breakfast egg wrap or a roast beef sandwich. Their freshly made pastries are great too! You can’t go wrong with anything here and it’s consistently great!

This place is just a hidden gem for coffee, pastries and delicious soups and quiche! I have not tried the sandwiches, but my kids love the chocolate croissants. The newest tried is the ice cream coffee with an almond horn… dip the almond horn in the coffee, you’ll thank me for it!

*Went again today. Love the atmosphere. Their decaf is better than most regular coffees! Comes Hot, so you can leisurely enjoy that cup of joe!What a delightful oasis in a busy city. Pastries, coffee, soups, sandwiches, salads…everything is lovingly prepared and served

I really do hope that the owner/manager reads this. I’m giving 4 stars for the fact that they have a drive through, the phenomenal oat milk latte, and the fruit, lettuce & carrots that came with my breakfast sandwich. The oat milk latte was perfectly frothy and so great, 10/10! I also had an English muffin with egg , cheese & avocado. The bread for the breakfast sandwich was absolutely hard as a rock which tells me one of two things , the bread was either microwaved , or it was stale. Regular English muffins cannot be microwaved. That being said both sandwiches we ordered were like this- the other one didn’t even get eaten unfortunately… I really want to give this place 5 stars, I’ve seen other raving reviews about this place. I hope they can fix the bread issue, I read other people commenting similar things about the bread. This place has a bright future otherwise! Please let me know when you fix the bread thing and I’d be happy to come back and try another sandwich.

Orderd a Reubenator and got a turkey sandwich (meat looks disgusting) When I called to ask for a refund, he asked me to freeze it and bring it back when I was in the area. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF THIS SORT OF “PROTOCOL”… VERY bizarre. The Bratwurt bun was completely soggy and messy, you could not eat it. I do not recommend to go orders. Totally inconvenient and awful customer service.
