the environment here at açaí express is like no other! i was served by Valerie and she was very nice and attentive. i have never had açaí and she guided me in the right way and i got the best bowl. the fruit was amazing and very fresh and was perfect on the bowl. i have definitely found a new place to come and eat.

this place has negative reviews for a reason. I ordered a total of 3 Acai bowls. They messed up one of them and when I brought it to her attention she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I had ordered something else even though it was clear what I had ordered to her on the receipt. I noticed that she removed the toppings off of the bowl and proceeded to use it for another customers order …. We returned one of the bowls because the acai paste didn’t taste good and the employee proceeds to grab the spoon and TRY THE ACAI FROM MY BOWL. That’s extremely disgusting, unprofessional and uncalled for. She also proceeded to tell me that the Acai tastes how it normally tastes. This hasn’t been my first or second bad experience at this restaurant but this will definitely be the last. This place just lost a whole group of potential customers. Please teach your employees to do better and deal accordingly with customers whenever issues come up.
