We reserved our seating via yelp (highly suggested). Once we arrived we were seated immediately on the patio and the weather and experience was perfect. They have a HUGE wine selection for those that drink. The menu and daily specials are all highly recommended. The experience was beyond 5 stars. We even had an authentic Italian waiter. Our dishes were great: lasagna and veal parmigiana. We highly recommend dining here when visiting Encinitas. The meals are on the pricier side but well worth the perfection of the ingredients and well cooked original Italiano dishes.

Exploring Encinitas, found Vigilucci’s and ate an amazing dinner. Special of the evening I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, served with grilled cauliflower, saute potatoes & a light arugula salad. My hubby ordered veal parm which was so tender he could cut it with a fork. Pasta and saute veggies came with it. Of course had to order a bottle of wine! For desert we ordered a Expressotini, vanilla bean ice cream drenched in a coffee sauce & the best tiramisu I’ve had in a long time so fluffy with very creamy filling. Amazing restaurant!

We are here to welcome our out of town guest. The busser accidentally spilled a whole glass of ice water on left side of me. Half of my dress was soaked inside out. We did not make a huge deal out of it. Partially I did not want the bus boy to feel worst and partially feeling embarrassed about the whole situation. Our waiter, host and the manager saw the whole situation. But other than the busser bringing over some napkins. There was no acknowledgment about my soaking wet cloth from anyone. I was wet and cold through out the whole dinner. Ordered a cup of hot tea to warm up and they did not even comp the tea at the end. A terrible experience for sure. We are regulars at Vigilucci restaurants Tun North county and we will definitely not recommend nor return to the Vigilucci’s in Encinitas again .

We go to this place for celebrating Anniversaries, beautiful occasions and any form of formal dinner. It’s a hidden gem with beautiful ambience, delicious food and great service. Alex Pedrazzani, who manages that location often check with us on our food and quality of service. Plus, this place has beautiful live piano music and great wines.

Party of 6 on Sunday May 6th. Our male Server was very accommodating and very professional. I felt so bad because I sent back my fettuccine salmone. I’m sure that it was delicious but I accidentally ordered it thinking that it was a piece of salmon and pasta on the side. They were happy to replace it. I was so embarrassed. Anyway the Robbie’s ribs were absolutely delicious and beyond huge. The bolognese was delicious, the pizzas were delicious and the spaghetti with meatballs. The calzone was magnificent. The service was just outstanding. A bit pricey but the portions were huge. I didn’t like that the parking came with the cost. Overall it was a nice visit, good food, good service and everyone required a take out container. Thank you for making our granddaughters 19th birthday dinner a time to remember with smiles and good food.

Formally Robbie’s Roadhouse. Nice restaurant on the 101. Good food, main dining area can get a little loud. Patio out back is a nice atmosphere for dinner. If someone is ordering pizza in your party it may not come out at the same time as the rest of the meals. Limited beer selection, fairly large wine list. Desserts are the weak link on the menu.
