Yesterday we celebrated a birthday and we decided pizza was the stress free route . However I didn’t imagine home simple ordering 7 pizza’s would be , the gentleman on the phone was very polite , he was happy to make 2 of the pizza’s cut into 16 slices to accommodate the children. And when he told me it would be ready in 15 mins I was truly impressed . To top it off the guy at the counter which I believe is the same as who took my order without even asking he walked my pizzas all the way out to my car . It’s always a good feeling to go somewhere looking for simple and getting above and beyond . And I just wanna mention the guys making the pizza were continously keeping busy making pizzas .

The disrespect from the customer service is out of hand I was spoken to very rude, hung up on all I did was place a order for delivery the girl I don’t know her name becuase she is “under age” answers the phone like she’s at home and just got a phone call from someone she don’t like I am a stay at home dad i work from home I don’t cook really so pizza it is smh I spoke to the manager Timothy aka Tim was trying to act like he didn’t know but he did and was super rude as well at the end of convo I got his name and just asked to please send our food safe and sound all this was over the phone smh I’m praying my food comes safe and sound I will give update when food arrives I really dont do this review stuff but my lord I didn’t expect that from them at all
