We came here looking for a seafood boil which they unfortunately did not have — so just an FYI for all you people searching for this kind of thing — but we still had a delicious, pleasant experience! Service was so kind and friendly. The food was fantastic. The lemongrass tofu had so much flavor, and the grilled shrimp tasted fantastic. We especially loved the crab fried rice — plenty of crab, plenty of delicious flavor. Probably some of the best fried rice I’ve had, ever!! Highly highly recommend. A gem in the Eden Center.

This sugarcane juice costs $10 and it tastes MOLDY. Later when I was trying to check it thoroughly I found a dead fruit fly in it??! Worrisome hygiene conditions.

Don’t order crabs from here..they aren’t fresh and they cheat you. None of the 2 dozen crabs we purchase had both claws (photo of a few crabs below..they also are unseasoned) and they weren’t included in the bag either. They said it was $50 for a dozen over the phone, but then when we went to buy them it was $60 for a dozen of the same size.

Last weekend, I saw a new restaurant was running the Grand Opening. I tried their Patio BBQ for some seafood and a Geoduck Sashimi. Their seafood was fresh and they could make sauces by your request, the staffs were helpful to recommended, they had crabs for special prizes. Only 20$/dozen for big male crab and 10$/dozen for females which are amazing in town.

If you love seafood and sashimi, definitely order abalone and sea pineapple from this place! They also have really really delicious toro and fresh fish sashimi on demand like a Korean raw fish restaurant!

My wife and I were so happy to have been there at Captain Saigon Seafood. A few days later, I invited a good friend so he could try it out. We liked it so much we went back there three more times. My wife and I have been to as many good restaurants as we could find in the Northern Virginia area. We’ve eaten at all of the restaurants at the Eden Center. Captain Saigon Seafood is now our most favorite restaurant of all. Besides the meticulous attention in preparing the food, the many extra sauces they had there would make each piece of the food taste wonderfully different, varied by the way you could choose which sauce went with which bite by gently dipping the tip of the fork into a sauce and into your mouth after the bite. The place was very clean and unpretentious. The servers were gentle, polite, courteous, and friendly. We highly recommend this place, thinking that if you don’t get to enjoy it, you would be missing something very precious, very precious indeed!

On 8/14, I made an order for blue crabs using the website linked on google. When I got there, a person who looked like the manager told me they were out of blue crabs. I asked what about snow crab, and they were out of that too. Disappointing but understandable, so I just asked for a refund. He said no problem. I also told him to fix the website because it was obviously letting you place orders on items that weren’t available. He seemed a little annoyed, but he said okay. 3 days later, my credit card has been charged and never refunded. Be wary making online orders here!

This lady charged me $8.00 for a sugar cane. No price whatsoever on the menu. Careful when eating here. Always ask the price.
