I ordered a party pack of tacos without lettuce. What I received was a tiny portion of meat and barely any cheese. The Taco was literally 3/4 shell. What a rip off! I used to go to this location several times a month. What a difference from my past experiences. When I called to ask why my tacos had little meat or cheese and was 3/4 shell, the girl on the phone said they use one scoop of meat and cheese and are portion controlled. What size scoop is it, a tablespoon??? I spent $44 and barely had enough food to serve 2 people! The one positive was the guy who took my order. He was very nice and courtesy. That’s the only reason I gave this review a 1 star.

This is one of those hit or miss locations. sometimes you get great food and service and other days it will leave you questioning your sanity. Last time i was here i ordered a party pack of taco’s and they where so overloaded with sour cream that it was all i could taste, it was and absurd amount and our grilled cheese burritos where a hot mess falling apart.

They should improve customer service and order waiting time. be these for consumption in restaurants or to take away. Many times there are 3 employees and they all focus on one customer. So the wait becomes annoying! Apart from the fact that they are usually hostile with some people. The client is not always right, but something if they should take into account that the sustainability of the site depends on the clients who consume……for now, 2 stars, I will follow up and change my opinion if I see improvements in this regard! being better leaders!

i don’t know her name but it’s this lady that works around midnights that makes me want to avoid going there at night at all because i’d have to deal with her. she is so unprofessional, dismissive & rude. she rushes me and tells me i can’t simply get my burrito grilled like i always do, she is so dreading i’m so happy when someone else is on the drive thru. i can only describe her as black & chubby.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and these are the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve had a few from different locations that were fresh. These we’re not. I won’t come back here. Went inside and no one acknowledged me because they had a long drive-thru line. A simple, “We’ll be with you in a sec,” would’ve been fine. I was the only person inside, mind you. I understand that everyone is understaffed and busy, but that doesn’t excuse bad customer service.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The food is good, as good as any other taco bell. The only thing that really needs improvement is the dining room. There was no one eating there when we were there, but most of the tables needed to be wiped down.
