First of all, the ketchup that was in the lobby was extremely water down. It’s been that way every time I come to this particular Hardee’s to eat. There was a staff member that was extremely rude and loud that you could hear her sitting out in the lobby. This staff member didn’t seem to respect her coworkers. The floor in the lobby was extremely sticky. it took a long time for them to switch the menu boards from breakfast and lunch. I understand that prices have increased everywhere. However, I feel like a Hardee’s has increased a lot more than other restaurants. Workers were on their cell phone too.

Stopped in for breakfast. Ordered a platter dish with biscuit and gravy, eggs and tots. It was very delishous. At first no one was at the counter and we could see employees outside, stood there for 30 seconds and an employee that was sitting with an elderly blind man walked up and said he would help us. We ordered and he started making our food until the other employees came in to finish our food. The atmosphere was pretty general compared to most Hardee’s.

I go to Hardee’s for the sausage egg biscuit and a cinnamon roll. They haven’t disappointed yet. Service is hit or miss, depending on who is working, but the staff is friendly and the food is always what I expect. Tables aren’t always the cleanest.

Ummm Hello?

Contacted corporate the second I pulled into my driveway tonight. Completely horrified by the treatment from shift leader M. She was snarky and snippy the entire order, had I not had another almost hour drive and hungry kids, I would’ve said nevermind I’ll go spend my money elsewhere. Totally made us feel unwelcome and as if we were bothering them by ordering food at 6:51pm, when it says they are open until 10pm. Had she not been Completely rude the ENTIRE time, I would’ve let it be and went on with my night, HOWEVER, she continued to be and when I asked her when the manager would be in, she took her time in coming up with a lie, then slammed the window shut in my face while I was still trying to civilly speak to her while collecting our order. Of which, I ordered for the kids and a meal for my hubby and I to split as I was over being treated poorly by someone that had no reason to be that way…

Hardee’s food is always on point. However the wait is usually longer the expected. Sometimes too long for a fast food chain. This particular location does it’s best with time. Usually best to go when they’re not busy.. Just going to say, if you’re in an absolute hurry. Just grab a slice of pizza at the gas station.
