We visited Krystal’s in Clinton tonight, April 7. I just wanted to let whomever know that tonight was the first time in quite a while that my family and I have actually been able to eat the food we received for our order. In fact, the food was delicious. Props to the cook… Generally, the Krystal’s come barely even warm anymore. They also had the corn pup back. Just wanted to give some positive feedback for this crew on tonights shift.

While taking vacation in Georgia visiting crystals was on my bucket list lol I know it sounds funny but growing up in Georgia and then moving to Ohio we have White Castles LOL so I had to have one last time having crystals before I left back to Ohio and it was so good! And my son loved those little brown donut holes that they make fresh and the little mini chili dogs are also good. Thank you for the Memories!

I used to stop every morning for breakfast but everytime I stop between 3:45am and 5:15am I get told the system is rebooting or down. So a couple times a month I stop by after 5:15am I am able to order after I pay I get told to pull up it will be a few minutes, I always end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes. If you are on your way to work I recommend going somewhere else you will be waiting. The employees act as if it’s an inconvenience that I’m getting food.

If I could leave less than one star I would… I got a sack full of 12 with cheese and 2 junkyard fries.. well the fries are Chilli and bacon crumbs and that it.. the sandwiches had no cheese and were soggy slop.. I tried to call and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up and now it’s off the hook the guy at the window had a condescending attitude before all this too recipt says his name was gerald

Do not order online from here their phones go straight to voicemail never hear from them do not receive the orders will not be ordering again I’m a single father of two kids with no transportation and this has happened to me twice now where I haven’t received my food I try calling and it’s just this caller is busy
