After waiting over an hour for a delivery ( worked in food service..so I understand it could be busy). I called to see where my order was. Told it had been cancelled…and no one bothered to inform me. Asked to speak to the manager…and I guess it must have been the person who answered the phone….bad service all the way around!

This is the WORST Dominoes EVER!! They never have delivery drivers and you always have to prepay. Sometimes all i have is cash! When food does get delivered its either cold or wrong or items are missing. Once they canceled two orders on me back to back and charged my account both times $60 each. It was 5 days before it posted back to my account so i couldnt even order from anywhere else that night. Last night it was 22 mins before close and i stopped in to place my carryout order because i couldnt do it online because it gave me an error message that said “this store is requiring prepaymeny for orders more than $1” and all i had was cash. I went inside and was told they were not accepting anymore orders even though they were accepting prepaid online orders! I am still fuming over it. All of this started when they went under new management i believe. Honestly, I love Dominoes food, but im gonna have to start going to Southside drive or something because this place is ridiculous.
