I had such high hopes for Guffey’s, and I was left so disappointed. The salads arrived quickly and were fresh and delicious, but that’s where the positives ended. It took about 40 minutes to get some of our pizzas, with only one other table dining in. We kept waiting and waiting for our daughter’s pizza to arrive and I had to go and find the waitress to ask her if we were still going to get the rest of our order. Apparently the system had removed her pizza from the order???? So now we were all finished eating and had to wait for them to start a pizza for my daughter. We were there an hour before she got her food. My husband ordered a turkey melt and the turkey was cold inside, which left a lot to be desired. We had to hunt down the waitress yet again to get boxes for our leftovers. We ordered cookies to go, which also took 20 minutes to bake, so I’m glad we got them ordered early. They look suuuuuper undercooked. The pizza is comparable to Imo’s, so I’m not sure if I’ll be giving Guffey’s a second chance. Our experience left a lot to be desired, sadly.

Absolutely delicious! We had gluten free boneless buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza bread, fried mushrooms, and a meatlovers pizza with black olives and mushrooms added. Constant drink refills, awesome service. We will be back FOR SURE!

Super friendly staff & owners, terrific food, fast service. Cheeseburger on their homemade bun was a thick patty & tasted delicious. Side salad was fresh & cold w good greens & plenty of cheese & croutons. XL homemade choc chip cookie was XL-ent! I’ll be back & bring friends!!

Definitely wasn’t an experience to write home about. I thought the food was going to be awesome but it was far from that. The pretzel bites were overcooked, the toppings slid right off the pizza, the mushrooms were frozen (I expected them to be freshly hand battered), the cookies were horribly undercooked. Even though I wasn’t impressed with the food…the waitress was great. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a great dining experience.

We went around 8pm, got 2 sandwiches and an order of fried pickles. The portion sizes were small, except for the insanely large sandwiches. The bread was weird the texture was really soft (reminded me of a pretzel bun but WAS NOT a pretzel) and the bread itself did not have a lot of flavor and it ended up overpowering the rest of the sandwhich. (i skipped the bread and ate the insides and it was a lot better)

New in town, and we didn’t realize Guffey’s wasn’t a dine-in restaurant. We apologized and were assured it wasn’t a problem at all. We could order and they would bring our salads and pizza right to our vehicle.

Appetizers arrived timely, they were great. Kids’ food arrived after almost an hour. Still ok. After 2 hours, we are still sitting here without the adults’ pizzas. 3-4 other tables who got here and ordered AFTER us got their pizzas before us. One got the SAME pizza as what our table had. They claimed the pizza split so they had to throw it away. Not sure how that makes sense.

My wife and I got there about 4pm was seated got our drinks and ordered about 4:20pm. We ordered a appetizer of mozzarella sticks and 2 pizzas. Didn’t get our mozzarella sticks till 5pm and they were cold takes 5 minutes to fry them so what were they doing the other 35 mins. And it was not busy less than half the were full. Finally got our pizzas at 5:22 just over a hour after we ordered it. We were done eating at 5:45 that whole time not once did anyone come by and refill our drinks or ask how things were. The waitress walked by more than a dozen times and looked directly at us and saw our sodas was empty I tried multiple times to get her attention by saying excuse me mam she just kept walking by. Asked for our check and boxes 4 times from 3 different waiters before we finally got them. Luckily they offer payment through a app so didn’t have to wait another 30 minutes just to pay. Food was good besides the cold mozzarella sticks but will not be coming back easily the worst service we’ve had in a long time. Also they didn’t seem under staffed there were 4 servers and like I said less than half the tables were full. Would not recommend!!!!!

When ordering take out, they always forget to give me our salads. I call to complain, and nobody answers the phone. The service could be better. There was hardly any meat on my Turkey melt. I normally don’t complain, but they like everyone else, are not cheap.
