Had a great time with my group thanks to the good food and our servers Sidney and Olivia! Enjoyed the steak tacos, the lobster roll and many other great meals! Food came out quickly and they were able to accommodate having a small child with us, providing a high chair and a cup with a lid!

This was our first time at Cheever Tavern. The menu selections were amazing. It was hard to choose from so many great options. Summer cocktails and wine list were also very good. Our waitress was both friendly and attentive. We never felt rushed, but she was always there when we needed her. The outdoor seating was very comfortable. Our meals were both terrific. We will be back again soon with friends.

Aug 2023: The menu has a great blend of options. We sat outside on a Sunday and ordered the cauliflower app, burger, and chicken pesto parpardelle. The pesto and burger were good, but I wouldn’t get the cauliflower again. View of the cemetery.

Dinner was perfect nothing to complain about but why to sneak in 5% kitchen service charge when they can charge $22 for a hanburger instead of $20 or $39 for the steak tip instead of $35 does this mean if i do not want to pay the kitchen service charge my meal will not be prepared as discrible on the menu?

New England, small restaurant with great food. It has a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit and seats for pre- or post-dinner drinks. A beautiful porch overlooks a stone patio.

First time visit and it was amazing! Service, service, service! The manager, Micky was great and our server Liam was wonderful. We were celebrating a friends birthday over lunch and they made the experience so nice! Thanks and cannot wait to go back as menu is so good!
