Online order not ready for over 1 hour after placing the order. Got home and was missing sweet sauce, habenero sauce, and queso Blanca. No sauces were included. I had to go back up there to correct the order while the rest of my order was at home getting cold. Absolutely terrible service. I did say at least give me my tip back. No other discount offered for all the inconvenience. Upon my return, Jackson, the one appearing to be in charge apologized for first time wait and I very specifically told him he had a lot more to be apologizing for. This isn’t the first time this place has messed up my order. The last time they didn’t even include the tortillas. I will never go back and it used to be one of my favorite places. Lately they can’t get anything right.

I remember when this place first started out near Orlando. This is obviously a new store. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and productive. This was the best food quality I’ve ever had at Tijuana Flats. The smack my sweet ass and call me Sally chili sauce is the best. I’m definitely going to go back and visit the stores in Sarasota and Tampa that I thought we’re going downhill.

The tacos don’t taste bad but they’re just basically Taco Bell quality, so I don’t see the reason to pay so much extra. It is nice that they have all those different types of sauce in the lobby but no soda fountain so no refills and the margarita was so strong they had me thinking good thing I’m not driving, which is great if you wanna party but as just something casual, not a whole lot of fun

Online ordered with a set pick-up time, food was almost a half hour late and the wrong order on top of it, I won’t go back even if it’s free, it’s a an upscale looking taco bell with actually worse service and seriously mediocre food, spend your money somewhere else.
