We ordered house lomein and shrimp fried rice. Got home and the lomein was very dry. We called back and spoke to the manager who then said bring it back they would remake with sauce. My husband immediately goes back and is met with disrespect, he’s yelled at in front of customers, told to get out, he’s not welcome, threatened to call police because he’s asking for the replacement he agreed to give. Oh did I mention we are people of color. Not sure if that matters, it sure didn’t help. Long story short, with the exchange of words, my husband asks for a refund. The manager threw the money at my husband, then he left. Needless to say we will NOT be patronizing this place EVER AGAIN!!! He was humiliated and disrespected on a level he’s never experienced before. It’s NOT ok to treat customers this way!

Where to start! We ordered dinner from here tonight and it was a big disappointment! We ordered what was supposed to be General Tso, instead we received chicken with heavy spicy bbq sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds. The ONLY THING that was good was the rice. Definitely not worth $60 and don’t let the pictures fool you because they had to have taken the pics from another restaurant. Below is a picture of me removing the coating hoping the chicken would at least be good.

Absolutely Horrible I have ordered from this restaurant many times without a complaint. Friday February 10, 2023 I order and our food tasted old, had a bad taste and was dry! My husband put soy sauce and hot mustard on his and it still had a bad taste. I took all the food back to the restaurant Saturday morning 11:30AM. The gentleman came from the kitchen, open both things of food, ate from them both with his fingers and said “This is how it’s suppose to taste, you no get reimburse” First of all that WAS NOT the original taste of one because my husband had added soy sauce and hot mustard to his. I have NEVER returned food and this one time I do, because it honestly had a bad tasted and was dry, I was made out to be a LIAR. China Inn refused to reimburse me my $40.00 and some change. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I will say that the service was great! The server kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. That would be the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1. The disappointing part was that the food was awful. The only good part was the egg roll. I ordered the bourbon chicken and fried rice. The sauce makes the chicken LOOK good, but it’s all fried dark meat, and it was so dry. Unfortunately, I only really enjoyed the broccoli. My boyfriend got the shrimp fried noodle soup with the fried rice, and there were two different colors of shrimp, and the broth was way too salty. I’m sorry to say that the price of the food is way too steep for the quality of it, and that we more than likely will not be dining here again.
