We did a quick yelp search and found this place during our PA trip. Based on the reviews for the Indian restaurants in the area, decided to give this a try. Clean and modern looking restaurant. Dine in or take out options available. Order at the register just inside the entry way, then find a table and wait for the food to be served.

First time trying Indian food, found this restaurant awhile back, finally came to try it! We got a whole bunch of food – including the mango lassi (house made). For appetizers, we got the garlic naan and samosas. I got the Butter Marsala + chicken and my boyfriend got the tikka wrap + chicken with mango salad. All were fairly delicious, my favorite has to be the samosas, the two dipping sauce were very good! Might have to try the tikka Marsala next time we come! Not much service, you just order up front and choose our own sitting. They do have two outdoor bench seatings available!

Whenever I’m craving an indowestern meal, I come here for the paneer tikka pizza and masala fries. The food is spicy, and their levels are definitely reflective of it. The paneer tikka pizza has soft paneer on it was a delicious tikka sauce and fresh tomato cilantro and onion on it. The masala fries are also tasty. They deliver and can take pick up orders.

Let me start out by saying I LOVE Tikka Shack. I eat in or takeout at least once a week. My partner and I went on a whim a couple months after moving up here and I wish we would have started sooner. The food is always served hot, great portions and delicious of course. I’ve tried multiple items and they all are tasty. I’ve tried other Indian restaurants in the area and they hands down are the best one, especially value wise! They do amazing deals as well. The staff has always been nice and efficient, I’ve never had an order messed up. All around deserves the 5 star rating.

My mom and I have been here twice, and this recent trip was really disappointing. We recently moved and this is one of the closest Indian places, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back. I am hoping that it was just a bad day, but, for the price, you would expect higher quality. The naan was 1.25 and very small and their chocolate cake’s peanut butter frosting immediately started melting and tasted off. It’s $5 for 2 Samosas and they didn’t even give us the chutney for it or the vegetable cutlets. The Southern Curry was the same consistency as water and they put a few green beans and chunks of carrots in it. It has no flavor other than a spicy aftertaste, but there’s nothing coconut about it. The butter masala was a lot thicker but they only put 3 pieces of chicken in it. The customers who ate in the restaurant all seemed to have good food, but there’s a serious issue in quality when it comes to take-out.
