I’m a first timer. I took home a frozen Traditional Beef and a Traditional Chicken, plus two Blueberry Fruit Pasties for dessert.

Admittedly this was my first time trying a pasty. The employees were extremely friendly and informative which I appreciate. The inside looked very clean and I didn’t have any doubts about the sanitary conditions. The downside is that the pasty didn’t taste all that good. The portion was big, but the bland and dry texture seemed to outweigh that bonus.

I really really wanted to love this place, but it just wasn’t good. I found the savory pastie to be very flavorless and dry. The fruit pasties were definitely better, but compared to other hand pies I’ve had over the years I’d take a Tasty Cake gas station hand pie over this dry thing without question. My buddy ordered something completely different than me and he felt the same way… very dry and lacked any flavor.

Update: if you have a favorite pastie, call before you go as some are out of stock and I was told that they may not stock them due to costs. My favorite, the pork and sauerkraut is not available. Disappointing but still many to choose from.

I placed an online order for 4 pasties and a pound of cabbage for next day pick up and I got a message in the morning that they were unable to fulfill the order. How is this possible? It’s outrageous and unacceptable.

Visited here in August 2016 after touring nearby Martin Guitar Factory. Had to stop and find out whether these Cornish pasties measured up to my grandmother’s. So happy to report that they did and I know my grandma was smiling down on me from heaven as I took my first bite. I live in Maryland so I was delighted to find a grocery store that carried them only 1 hour away from where I live rather than having to drive 6 hours to get to these! I’ve made my own from Grandma’s recipe but these are convenient and so good!! The only thing they are missing are rutabaga.

Delicious pasties! Whomever makes them are truly gifted and deserve a promotion! The crust in particular was crispy and flaky and just overall exquisite! Would recommend to anyone, even my little kids liked them!

Just stopped by for a last minute idea to grab a quick lunch.. Unbelievable customer service and very delicious meat pasties . I’m taking a menu home and there’s gonna be lots more coming to my house.

A short trip from Palmerton and worth the trip. My inlaws used to live in Bangor and enjoyed the Pasties. They don’t live in the area anymore but still enjoy these baked goodies so, when we go to visit we try to get them for them.

Tucked away one block off of RT 512 in the quaint Borough of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania this decedent location cannot be missed. In a nondescript building lies a filling and tasty meal called a Pastie. It’s a dough pouch filled with a variety of meat or vegetables options. Beef and potato can be purchased hot or frozen. Most other varieties are typically available frozen. The pasties are made on location and there are no seats or dine in option. Everything is to go. They accept all forms of credit cards and of course – cash. Bring you appetite and take home a uniquely Northeast Pennsylvania meal that you can eat with your hand.
