I haven’t eaten pork in 10 years and there was bacon in my sandwich – specifically ordered no bacon. I am stuck at home with COVID (my Mom dropped it off) so there’s nothing I can do to exchange or fix this. After I took a bite, realized, and took it off, the sandwich is good.

Service was absolutely horrendous waited at least 6 min before someone even acknowledged the 5 customers at counter. And I was not first in line. 5 employees behind counter just kept looking at us but no one offered to take order. One employee was eating so must of been on break. Sad really because I do love the sandwiches.

I expected so much more. The sandwich for flavor and size was not worth the price. They were out of avocado and the place was dirty. The staff was a bunch of chaotic teens joking and playing. It took way too long to get two sandwiches. I’ll definitely not be returning and was very disappointed.

Such great sandwiches. Honestly the best in the area. Plus when we went we got there about 25 mins before they opened. The guy was so kind and went ahead and made all of our sandwiches early. Best customer service. Sweetest staff. Huge array of sandwiches. Delicious chips. Awesome drinks. A cut above the other usual places. Go here! Definitely will be going back!!!!

Went to the location for the first time. Food was good but waited awhile for food. I was there Sunday July 9th around 2pm and there were 7 employees . Watching them work was interesting. People were waiting for food and there was no sense of organization or urgency. Some people just standing around chit chatting and others seemed to not know what they were doing. Watched them pick up handfuls of meat and throw it in the garbage. Almost asked for my money back. If I owned this business I would have been embarrassed by how unprofessional this place was. I enjoyed the food enough to try another location but not this store. I noticed you had camera. If you get a chance you need to watch.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for our food when it wasn’t even busy. We literally watched the two guys working up front just good around and laugh not even working the whole time. When we finally got our sandwiches, it was mediocre at best. Probably better off going to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s. 2 sandwiches with chips and a drink for 41$!!!!
