Pictured is the $4.27 shake they had the audacity to bring out to my car yesterday, with a Cookout right across the rd lol. Both of the Friscos were missing the called for second slice of Swiss & had green tomatoes on them, but I didn’t bother taking a pic of that cos the “buttered, toasted sourdough bread” on my BF’s Frisco (mine was low carb) tells you enough about the quality of food going out the door.

We go to Hardee’s just about every Sunday morning and the service is always extremely slow. The workers never have a sense of urgency, they just shuffle their feet and move at a snails pace. This morning there was only one person in the back fixing the food and the workers still found time to talk amongst themselves and joke around. I saw the District manager one day and she didn’t show much urgency herself. I honestly don’t know how this Hardee’s stays in business.

Oh my goodness. What is going on at this Hardee’s? I went in on Saturday night the young man taking orders has his headphones on and phone in his hand. He never greeted me or anything. So I place my order. It’s very noticeable that this place is not organized. He hands me a milk shake that’s like water. The Frisco burger bun is not toasted. I walk over to the counter to the young man now on his phone with his headphones on talking to someone. I ask Can I speak to your manager? Obviously he didn’t hear me because you know why take the headphones off at work. I asked again he just looks at me but someone must have heard me because the employees in the back are talking about how they are looking for him. I just threw the food away and went to Cookout. As I was pulling out I see a car parked by the dumpster with two people in it. I thought to myself probably the manager they can’t find. I will not be returning way to many other places to go. Clearly nobody cares here.

First off.. I go to the drive-thru.. there’s a sign that says cash only come inside for card payments.. no problem. There was a lawnmower in the box sitting by the register… there’s 2 other people in line.. my Frisco burger wasn’t toasted. The mushroom Swiss burgers hardly had any mushroom. Both burgers were bland and obviously of low quality. Dont bother going here. The staff were obviously tired of being there. You could feel the negativity in the air. It was awful. And to top it off this experience cost me 22 bucks!
