Staff is friendly here. Walked in to find out the $5 cheese pizza is now $8.60. Will spend a couple extra dollars over at dominos or somewhere else from now on. The whole reason we were paying $5 is because it was cheap, quick, and not 5 star quality. But why pay almost $10 for a cheese pizza with low quality when I can pay $10 somewhere else with better quality. Goodbye little Caesars. End of an era. Corporate greed lost my business again, now y’all don’t get ANYTHING from me.

I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and the other half sausage and ham. They messed up the order and wouldn’t not refund. They obviously did not quality check the order like they should have. I’m more or so upset that when i called to tell them, they said i had to bring the whole pizza back to fix half of the pizza they messed up.

The “hot & ready” pizzas took almost 20 minutes (I ordered 3) to make. The kids working there were all yelling at each other during that 20 minutes. It was weird.

My son got a food shopping spree from The Make-A-Wish Foundation. He chose Little Ceasars Pizza. His favorite pizza. So, his wish grantor bought LC gift cards. The staff there had the most gracious patience with us for having to use these cards one by one. Our family is kind of big. So our order would take 4 cards at a time. On top of great pizza, they gave us great friendly service.. even though the customer behind us was very impatient. Thank you, LCP.

If you’re looking for a quick cheap pizza to go, Little Caesars is the place to be. But if you’re looking for a good quality pizza, or even a special-order pizza made correctly, go somewhere else. My latest order was specifically “No Sauce” and yet I open the box and what do I see? A pizza with sauce. Teens running a business with little to no quality management leads to some bad results.
