We ordered a chirashi don and a ikura don. I never saw anyone making chirashi don by putting fish/shrimp with rice and sweet soy sauce on a plate, which is not authentic at all. Service is fine. Just don’t order their sushi don. Their sashimi and sushi rolls should be fine.

No need for reservation when Hubby and I came in on a rainy Monday evening. Only 1 table plus ours were occupied when we were there. Place was cold (I never took off my 2 layer jackets), maybe heater wasn’t on (or broken)…. And I’m usually feeling hot/warm.

It’s tourist season, meaning you’ll see the out of town individuals complain (i assume they aren’t aware a lot of places are understaffed) and leave negative reviews. Place is cute, server was kind. It’s one of those white people sushi places you go to by yourself or with a friend, it’s the play it safe options. It’s not a bring your family place. You’re better off finding something else. If you are a picky eater I recommend this place. A lot of it does seem prepackaged food, but at the price you’re paying it’s to be expected.

A cute hole in the wall that had great service and sushi! We had miso soup and 4 different rolls and they were all very tasty! They have a good selection of beer and sake! The sushi rice was a little neutral for our tastes but overall it was a great lunch!

Upon walking in the restaurant smelled like an aquarium. Decided to stay and give it a try our main course was brought to us before our appetizer. Food was fantastic! Our drinks were never refilled & we were also asked for a tip which was strange. Definitely recommend for the food!

It was great to get our sushi to go. Small restaurant but it was uncomfortably warm in there! The sushi is made to order which is awesome so the wait is expected. The quality was good, but not the best. We are sushi snobs though! We may explore other sushi places when we’re in town.
