Went there for my wife’s birthday (4th of July) and the food was delicious as usual and we had a waitress that was amongst the best I have ever had the honor of interacting with. Not only was she amazingly attentive and just plain wonderful, when my wife received three large bouquets of flowers, she was able to help us figure out how to keep them safely in water until our meal was over. She did this without being asked. Will be back again and again. (forgive any typos, please? Old eyes and fat thumbs.

My mom, son and I came to this location on 5/23/23. Jeff was the only person working in the whole restaurant. He was the waiter, cashier, hostess, cook and bus boy. We were definitely shocked to hear this when we asked him if he was all alone. We didn’t know what to expect but decided to stay and see how it would go. He exceeded our expectations. His attitude, hard work and customer service were impeccable. He could have had a terrible attitude after being left to do the work of 5 people but he didn’t. He worked hard and provided exceptional service. I heard Jackie is the store manager of this location so I want to say to you Jackie….Jeff should be commended for running your store all alone and definitely be rewarded. While we were there he not only provided exceptional service to use but to 3 other tables as well. He is overall an amazing human! Jackie you are truly blessed to have Jeff as one of your team members. Great job Jeff!! You are a great role model to all of coworkers and your kids! It was a pleasure meeting you! We will definitely be back!

Waited 15 min to get coffee and water! We also waited 45 min for food! The excuse was there was a huge carry out order in front if us. We were in a side room we asked for the air to be turned on!! The manager never turned it on we all wear sweating there was 9 of us When we finally got our food it was not great but my hole family was hungry so we just ate. Get some better cooks!

Sunday early breakfast only four people in the restaurant besides me, ordered simple breakfast eggs over easy hashbrowns, toast, sausage. Sausage served, burnt eggs over well toast cold, hashbrowns were the best thing served , waitress tried to justify explaining it was a new cook starting today on a Sunday really . Will not return. Will let everybody definitely know that is not the place to go.

Sat here for 15 mins before we even were offered a drink Maria is running around trying to help everyone take orders and do her best but she has no help there is no staff at the front desk when it says wait to be seated HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RETURN HERE people lined up in the lobby with no service what ever management they have here needs to be replaced ASAP

I’m not sure why but the sign says kids eat free, but when we went to the check out, she told us only one kid eats free. Makes no sense. Why would it say kids plural if only one eats free. Both kids are little and we ordered 2 adult entrees. Seems like false advertising to me.

Placed a pickup order, they gave us the wrong order. No biggie, it happens, but trying to contact the location and get the issue resolved was horrible!!!!!!!! The manager did not understand me (language issue), the hostess that answered the phone just kept on saying “who is this”, no professional phone skills, just horrible. I would like a refund

The only good thing we had was the coffee. Experience was so terrible. Place is dirty. The service was so late, my three little kids were sturving. We waited for 45 minutes. Before the food hot the table. The server apologized they had a party of 14 people, but that doesn’t stop the restaurant if so just close your doors!!! Food was really bad, they shared for each penny, even the kids drink!!!! Since when!!!

Arrived and seated at 10:30 AM. After waiting 20 minutes and nothing, notified hostess who sent waitress to take our drink and breakfast order (eggs and pancakes). Juice and coffee arrived right away, then waited another 20 minutes for breakfast to arrive. Cold eggs over medium are not my thing but my grandson said his pancakes were good. Asked server for butter to put on our unbuttered toast, nothing, asked another server for butter nothing, asked 3rd server for butter which we received as we finished our food. Then our waitress comes and asks if everything is ok and do we need anything else before Promptly giving me the check. Yes, I did tip, although I probably shouldn’t have. No, I didn’t complain or make a fuss and no the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. At times I would see plenty of staff attending to a specific table but never making eye contact or glancing around to see if any other tables might need something. Then all wait staff and servers seemed to just vanish for several minutes at once. Not a place I’ll rush back to anytime soon nor would I recommend to another.
