We ordered pickup, but the inside looked really nice. This was our first time here and will likely be the last. The meals were nothing like what we had experienced at other Chinese restaurants, but still edible. The “sesame” chicken (pictures) just looked like a lame katsu chicken, although dipping it in the sauce was pretty tasty, just not what we were expecting. We also ordered Mongolian beef and this wasn’t spicy or flavorful at all, half the container was soup and green onions. The pot stickers and egg roll were good, but I like the pot stickers to be a tad bit more cooked, these were still a little sticky . The house fried rice looked like normal rice with just a small amount of protein throughout, not much flavor here either. The Singapore noodles looked just like they were sitting in grease and didn’t taste like Singapore noodles we’ve ever had. Overall, the price is similar to other Chinese restaurants, but the quality and portions did not match our expectations. Glad we tried it, just bummed it wasn’t better.

The service was good… Bathrooms were clean. The food was good too but compared to my other experiences at different restaurants around the country, this was OK.. Not many options in this area so worth trying… Kinda on the pricey side for the portions served…

Excellent food and service. I had the Sweet and Sour lunch plate. It comes with either a salad or soup. The meal comes with an egg roll.

Disappointed. Ordered Kung Pao chicken and the sauce was some beige watery sauce. No spice whatsoever. It was just chicken, water chestnuts, green onion and a few peanuts. Fried rice was dry and no flavor. Only good of the experience was that the lady that helped me was very nice and the food was made quickly. But I wouldn’t bother to go back and see if any of the other dishes are good. Not worth wasting the money since the Kung Pao was so underwhelming.

Well, not a great first visit unfortunately, which is extremely disappointing the only Chinese restaurant near Cave Creek. We ordered takeout and found the Mongolian beef to be inedible. The Kung Pao chicken was served in a clear sauce that contained more water chestnuts than peanuts.

Glad to dine in again after a long time of only offering take-out. Staff very friendly. Gave 3 stars for atmosphere due to place looking tired, old and dusty. Will return for same great food and hoping owner will spruce up restaurant to look new and fresh again.

I forgot to get the servers name because I was on a hot date, but she was very nice. Excellent service. Really cared about everyone and took her time. Food was portioned well and had the perfect amount of spice. Dinner came with hot tea. Great time

This used to be a GREAT place. They closed down when Covid hit and haven’t opened up seating since. Many lights in the dining area are out and others are flickering. Our food was ready to take out in less than 15 minutes. Ordinarily I might be happy with fast service. but at least let me think it recently got cooked. All the food was lukewarm. Until I see SOME effort to please a customer I won’t be back. I’ll give it a shot in about 6 months and see. I used to love dining there.

Good service (take out only) and fast. I have eaten here several times. Unfortunately the food is low average. While it is edible, the freshness is questionable. The taste is off, and the flavors lacking. Often the vegetables are lacking, both in quantity and taste. I guess I will have to go the few extra blocks, to the Summate and the take out there.
