The waiter inside is very kind, she keeps helping us change the baking tray, and she is smiling. It’s been a long time since I saw such a good service staff. The food is also delicious. The price is worth going again and again. Please ask the boss to help the staff. Salary, because they are so nice!

Waiting in this spot for about an hour now we were told it’s a 10-15 minute wait. My thing though if you running a restaurant with high volume of guest. You should be more organized at least let your guest know apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing. Seriously. The middle section is closed off apparently this place used to be a hot pot spot. So observing, the staff clearly their understaff, but can tell their unorganized because they all keep running around like chickens with out heads. There are more people waiting outside this door. Ridiculous service I can agree it’s complete crass. I would not recommend coming to this place to eat. The reviews never lie. We just left because there was so many people overcrowding the entrance I was like nope to many people in here and out side. They really need to get it together, literally wasted our time and gas. Whoever was reading this don’t come here I repeat your wasting your life and time and why the heck were the servers in the back giggling and laughing like people were getting up reaching to grab utensils spoons and tongs. Unsanitary how insane.

My party of 4 was seated right away on a Wednesday night. Jay served us and was very attentive, quick, and kind! Our group got 6 grill changes STAT. This service is the fastest I have ever had for a Wednesday night. Would definitely come again.

It has been awhile since I’ve eaten at this location, it used to be Shabu 88. To be honest the food is like any other Korean BBQ spot. I was hoping after new ownership it would be better. Not to mention the service. It was a slow day around the time we were there and our group of 6 people kept being overlooked. We were even cut short on our eating time. They had cut us at 1hr 30min when their advertisement says 2 hour limit. Not to mention they also limit the order amount and didn’t bring the food on a timely fashion. As soon as a bigger party of Koreans came in, my party felt forgotten.

My family and I wanted to try a new KBBQ All you can Eat restaurant for a celebration and from reading the reviews we wanted to try out Buga. Nothing against the staff, this review is for the clown of an owner or the manager that runs the restaurant. No restaurant of that size should have only two wait staff working on a weekend considering how full the restaurant was. . We had to keep repeating where was our order and when we finally got our order we had to wait at least 20 minutes for an order of only 3 meats. What made it even worse was after waiting those twenty minutes we would only receive half of the order we asked for. The kicker of it all is we hit the 2hr eating limit, which has never happened to me ever going to a KBBQ restaurant. Beware if you decide to go to this restaurant. They don’t deserve their 4 star rating.
