Not sure if there’s a new cook or not this evening 3/31, but disappointed tonight. We have had really good food. Hopefully tonight was a fluke. Food was good but my significant other ordered Poutine and they only put a very very small ladle of gravy on the fries and covered it with cheese. I ordered a Cheese burger deluxe and as it was good and tasty, but there was room for improvement in more ways they one. It’s sad when you get use to one way and you’re expecting that, and when it doesn’t come that way, well all I can say is this is the way you lose your loyal customers. Saying sorry does not make up for the cooks lack of pride.

Order delivery most of the time. Most inconsistent pizza I’ve ever had. Sometimes good, sometimes mediocre. I ask for extra cheese and it’s hit or miss whether they do it or not. Honestly only order from here due to lack of options as far as delivery goes.

Ordered poutine, Philly Cheesesteak sub and fried bread dough bites food arrives in a reasonable amount of time however the poutine was a little bit cold and Soggy so I called the restaurant and let them know what happened and asked if I could bring the poutine I got back in and get a fresh order they were very apologetic and absolutely offered to make a fresh batch when I got there the entire staff was very nice and seemed like they very much wanted to make sure that I was satisfied it was a wonderful experience the Philly cheese steak sub was legitimately the best one I’ve had in this entire area the bread is exceptional thank you all for a great experience keep up the good work!!!!

Very convenient and only restaurant in town. Small inside space to eat but comfortable nonetheless. Comparing this location to their others, the food taste changes every time I’ve ate there. Not to say that it doesn’t taste good because it does. Prices are comparable to other pizza locations in and around the (518) area code. Speed and convenience is a bonus to those of us that live in the sticks who want something other than a homemade meal. Very friendly local employees who can hold a conversation with you if you’re sitting at the bar enjoying the food or beer.

I’ve ordered from here a lot. I’ve had more bad experiences than good ones. Numerous times I’ve gotten my food (pick up) and it was cold and soggy. I live right up the rd and was there earlier than the time I was told. Tonight I got a grilled chicken salad and a bacon cheese burger. The bacon cheese burger was delicious however the salad was not very appealing. I got 2 dressings (1 I paid extra for) that the small containers were half full. The contents of the salad was also disappointing. Small portion compared to other shops in the plattsburgh and surrounding area. A small amount of chicken. Small amount of cheese, tomatoes and onions. A couple pickles. I’ve been a loyal guiseppes customer for a long time. Plattsburgh guiseppes is much better!

We were tired and hungry. We enjoyed our last visit so I called ahead to give our order to eat in. It came out just after we arrived and got our drinks. It was delicious, just what we ordered. It was busy but our waitress was sweet and friendly. She got us fed and less hangry quickly.
