Honey’s Mostly Mexican Kitchens & Catering is a Mexican fusion concept. We are having a ghost kitchen built in the Santa Clarita area. While waiting, we have started a food truck. The food truck will eventually be ran in parallel. For now, the food truck is being ran from a commissary in Sun Valley, Ca. We focus on fresh high quality ingredients. Honey is my grandma’s name. Mostly Mexican is a fun way of explaining fusion. I’m also half mexican. The main menu is pick your entree style (2 taco combo , burrito, bowl, loaded fries) then pick your fusion protein. Artisan Red Chorizo, Soyrizo, Mojo Pork, Chimichurri Skirt steak, and Guajillo Lime Chicken. Our signature dish is what we call The Concha Burger.

Hands down the best food truck I’ve ever eaten at. The food rivals a Mexican restaurant. Every bite tastes like it’s been kissed by an angel. The chimichurri steak fries are KILLER and with some orange sauce on top, oh my lanta . I could bathe in the orange sauce!! On top of the amazing food, you’ll never find a nicer, more friendly staff to help enhance the experience. 10/10 would recommend everyone to try and you’ll be hooked for life.

Honey’s food is incredible! I had the Chimi Steak Bowl and it was nothing short of amazing! The flavor was incredibly complex and just burst with deliciousness in every bite. The ingredients were top-notch and you could tell that a lot of care was taken in putting these dishes together. The portions were great and left me feeling beyond satisfied. You absolutely have to try this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

Handmade blue corn tortilla tacos are to die for!! Pickled onions give them extra kick that makes you walk up to the window and order two more!! Ohhh and the beans… yummmm! Super friendly staff too! You’ve got to check out Honey’s kitchen!!!

Sweet and savory. That’s the concha burger. It’s almost better that the fries. Almost. The Pattie’s are so tender and juicy, while the concha is soft and fluffy. Also try the quesatacos. Any combination of them is good, however the chicken is my favorite. Oh and don’t sleep on those pickled onions
