The chicken and fish were good. It was seasoned right and cooked well. I really wasn’t feeling the drive thru, but hey ♂️ what can you do. My biggest problem was that they had no hot sauce! C’mon man!! If you don’t have hot sauce, what are you cooking chicken for !! I still would eat it again tho!!!

Boudain egg rolls were hot and fresh! Make sure you ask sauce!! Chicken was good…sides are too small though! I have the 4 piece Feast meal with collars greens. I also had the red Kool-Aid but the Waco location was much better…this was the Old Humble Road location.

We seen this place on YouTube and I’m glad we were finally able to come! Everything was so fresh and good . The peach cobbler is what stole the show because it was the best one I have ever tasted just the right sweetness!

The dine in option is unavailable whether due to covid, or lack of employee is unclear. The service was slow but the food was good! The chicken was crispy and had good seasoning but the mashed potatoes and fries were nothing to call home about. No sauces were offered or included and as this was first time to go, so unsure if this is typical or not. We also didn’t ask so maybe here you need to? The portions on chicken strip were generous and the 5 strip box was roughly $10 with tax.

I would have given 5 stars if the food was consistent on how it’s being cooked. The red beans and rice sometimes has way too much water ♀️. It really depends on who is cooking that day which will determine if the food will be good. Fried shrimp and 5 wing combo is pretty good. Again, it depends on the cook that day.

The worker at the counter took my order and I tried to hand her over the money and she just stood there. I placed it down on the countertop and she threw my change down on the counter instead of placing it in my hand. I spent $35 and no matter what I order, just add it to the ticket. She had to tell me how much each item was as if I couldn’t afford it. Then, I hear the Hispanic lady say to the manager, oh she need to go back to Africa! I didn’t have the energy to be ignorant so I decided to do the right thing by giving a review. The staff has to learn professional manners and not discriminate against others. I also noticed a teen girl who sat at a table and then get up to walk in the kitchen with her cellphone but that’s a hazard, not my business. I just thank God my chicken and fish dinners were cooked the right way. The way I feel, I can decide whether to draw up legal papers for this unprofessional act of discrimination.

I wanted to give this place a chance and support black owned businesses. I placed an order for my whole family but there was a Hair in my food. When i confronted the employee she shrugged it off and said it was probably mine, nonetheless I will never be back! You have to question how sanitary this place is given that there are hair pieces in your food!

They are always friendly and food is hot and fresh, but what made me give a review today is the lobby was out of ice, and before giving me ice feom the driveway the young man ASKED ME if I wanted it full, half, or low….the little things mean so much!! I was so thankful he asked my preference.

By far one of the best chicken tenders and pieces I have had. The batter is amazing and not comparable to the fast food chicken places.
