Waited over an hour for 1 normal cheese pizza. When it got here there was no knock and no doorbell ring. And they also have automated texts and I didn’t get on of those either. $27 between pizza and tip and I didn’t get my pizza for 90 minutes and it was cold. Incredibly disappointing

Darn good pizza! Sauce is nice and savory, not overly sugary like its inferior cousins; crust is chewy and nicely browned; and toppings are well proportioned. I don’t eat a lot of pizza because of my previous disappointments but this one could be addictive (and well worth reordering)!

I’m from Michigan and came to frederick MD to visit and got this pizza by random chance with a Google search. I got the dulex pizza and I have to say this pizza is hands down the best pizza of my life. The crust is good, the cheese is good, and the sauce is amazing. Ordered delivery and it came fast and hot. All around 5 stars. Just sad I have to go back to Michigan and can’t this pizza tomorrow.

I ordered food at 7:36p. The eta was between 8:05-8:30 it never came. I called and spoke to someone. They asked if I used Uber eats or the restaurants online ordering system. I explained I used Uber. They said they just then received the order and it will be on the way. I told home I’ve been waiting a hour. The gentleman replied you can wait or we can refund you your money and we’ll cancel the order. No Customer service whatsoever. Like you guys screwed my order up and I waited till 9:30 a whole 2 hours to receive my food. What happen to if we are late it’s free. I love Vocelli but over the past year I’ve had a lot of problems in regard to the time the pizza’s appearance and customer solutions. They don’t care about the people nor the pizza. Just green.

We order from here weekly. I don’t know what has happened to this place, but quality is declining. The last 3 orders our pizzas has been paper thin and we order traditional. So thin the toppings keep falling off and it’s super greasy. This was easily our favorite pizza place. This review is painful to write.

Two stars for good service but pizza is like Chucky Cheese. It’s cheap cheese, the sauce is horrible and Dough is too gummy. Not even close to NYC, Philly or New Jersey pizza. What a shame. Great way to screw up a pizza!!
