I ordered two coffees , one being a regular with cream/sugar and an iced coffee via mobile order … I ordered at 8am I get there at 8:08 wait two min the young lady says do you have a mobile order … 6 workers one person in line very confused why I even had to wait . I’ve been going to this Dunkin for at least 7 years. I get Glazed Munchkins every time. Not once did they not have them. In the last 7 days I’ve gone 3 different times and not once did they have any Glazed Munchkins. It seems some of the staff had changed to. I used to go out of my way just to drive to this particular Dunkin because it was always my favorite. I hope they start doing better.

The ONLY Dunkin in Chesterfield that consistently makes great drinks and gets your order right. It’s worth the drive out of the way to avoid the other Dunkin’s. Staff is friendly, donuts are fresh and rarely out of stock and they know how to make good coffee. They are everything Dunkin should be and everything the other local ones are not.

Always has good coffee and great customer service. Their light ice isn’t half the size of the cup lol. It’s a perfect amount of light ice for your coffee to be cold and still have plenty of coffee to enjoy after 3 sips .

This new ‘rewards’ program sucks. I tried 3 times to include ‘reward’ with my order. You have to pay full price to get your ‘reward’. Same thing happened to my wife; they ended up charging for her ‘reward’…..I wish they left the Perks program alone.

Still a great place. I used to come here three times a week in the A.M. for years before the pandemic. I knew the menu by heart and how they made products. Recently purchased a coffee with my partner and the staff were so kind to explain to us that Dunkin’ changed the way they made their coffee and drinks. We now have to adjust the way we order. I appreciate the communication so that we can work with them to get what we want and be happy.
