Don’t know why but maybe it was not specific to this McDonald’s location: Ordered several burgers and fries but were not given ketchup. We could ask but isn’t it common practice to add some ketchup packs in our order? Especially for pick-ups when people do not usually have time to check.

Ordered a medium coffee with 3 splendas inside and *no* cream. When I saw that cream appeared on the screen, I alerted the attendant. Declining to change it on the screen, she assured me of taking care of the matter for my order. Apparently, she was lying! My coffee had cream in it!! Upon reaching home I had to drive back to the McDonald”s to get my coffee without the cream! Very bad customer service by this young teenager (or in early 20s) employee. The question is, how did she get hire in the first place with that kind of an attitude? What is the quality of employee training? The McDonald’s at Hwy 15-501 in Chapel Hill (NC) also needs attention to management training.
