The people here are extremely polite! There was an elderly man in line before me and he was taking a little longer asking questions, the young lady was so patient and sweet with him. I wish I would have gotten her name! It means so much to customers when staff are smiling and listening to us, you rarely get that experience anymore. It is much appreciated and can do wonders for the company. I ordered online and it was literally ready within 5 minutes. Everything was accurate and I appreciated the convenience and packaging of the pick-up experience. On another note, their chicken nuggets are the best around, made with real chicken breast, not minced meat! Thank you KFC!

Disgusting! I ordered the big box with 3 pieces supposedly dark meat and crispy. There’s a difference in crispy and hard. It was so hard I could hardly bite it I had to pick the chicken off the bone and unfortunately it was so dry I couldn’t do that either! I was supposed to get 2 sides I asked for corn and coleslaw , well no cole slaw and the corn was hard and terrible, I spit it out on the first chew. Oh I also ordered the 3 peppers for a dollar and after making the mistake of asking were they in there, guess what when I got home no peppers! The biscuit was also hard, dry and part of the top was missing as if it were picked off. I’m almost positive this is not the Colonel’s recipe. It was only me and one other person in the restaurant I mean how hard can this be! If you can’t take pride in frying a piece of chicken then you don’t take pride in anything else that you do and don’t deserve the trust of the public! I hope you get better in the future but I won’t be returning to find out,

Haven’t been to a KFC in a long time and regret coming. No grilled chicken, the biscuits were hard as bricks and nobody seemed to care. Got here after 5pm. You would think that they would be better prepared at dinner time.

Drive-thru customer service is the worst!!! No standard greeting or any kind of eye contact, or connection with the customer at all!! I got to the window, I said hello, no acknowledgment at all from the young man, he took my card and closed the window! When he gave me the food he never even made sure the bag was secured before closing the window! Unacceptable! I immediately called and spoke with a manager and she was just as bad! She was very unenthused about the complaint! Advised me the general manager will be in on Wednesday afternoon if I wanted to speak with him.

I placed an online order and Pay for two extra biscuits, and they did not give me the extra biscuits. I called the store to let them know so I can get my money back and the person that answered the phone asked someone else if they put the biscuits in there and then proceeded to tell me that I can go another day to pick up those two biscuits. If you don’t even know how you pack the orders how you will remember when I go back in one or two moths ? . I bought chicken tenders and asked for buffalo ranch I didn’t got it either. Please put attention when you pack the orders. If we order something is because we want it .
