First of all. I could not use the app to order online and use the deals. So I went to the store. Listening to the dasher come in to get to go orders. Them being told there was no thin crust, so they didn’t complete the online order. This should have been my Q to leave. I ordered 6 pizzas and 4 orders chicken wings for my staff. They said 15 minutes. An hour later, the lady tells them she needs pepperoni pizzas made, this lady been here an hour. Time went on. She looked at me and said, “We’re waiting for your wings. The staff back there laughing and playing the whole time all the people were waiting and being told they didn’t make their food because they didn’t have what they ordered and paid for. So finally my wings come. They had no plates and gave me napkins, which was cool. But then I asked for a bag to put my wings and other items in. They didn’t have them either. They did not offer to help me take this big order to my car. No, sorry for your wait, nothing!! I had to stop at another store to get something for the employees to put their food on and bags to be able to get all this into the break room. We have a little Ceasars at home that is way busy, then that place was. Plus, their prices on pizzas were over close to 3 dollars higher than any other store I ever been to.

Great experience. The pizza and cheesy bread was nice and hot. Order correct and friendly service. The restaurant was packed but was still able to come out with hot and ready pizza. We will return.

Pizza good everything good problem is there is less tomatoes sauce and more cheese when I ask for a pepperoni pizza and when we would always order it is hot amd so saucy and I love it but the pizza just needs more sauce

People in the back were goofing off, I asked for a pretzel pizza.. and got this just a regular pepperoni with regular crust with the salt added.not even the extra cheese or the cheese sauce

If I could give them a zero I would, first my husband got a thin pizza deal with crazy bread. It came to us burnt cheese wouldn’t even seperate and it was “sliced”. Crazy bread was stale and rock hard. I called to replace they said okay when I got there they ignored front counter for 6 minutes until I flagged them down two of them were eating, finally after talking to them they tried to say no we’re not replacing it. Another customer complained for the same thing burnt pizza, so eventually they told us both we will remake it, but they wouldn’t replace the crazy bread after I was told I would get both back fresh. They gave me a better pizza but gave me the same sets of stale crazy bread that had been laying on the heated plate for hours. The attitude was disgusting and they spoke Spanish to talk about the customers in our face meanwhile mugging us. All these kids need to be replaced. I’m disgusted and will file a claim for a refund.

Called in an order, said they didn’t have thin crust, but the problem is I ordered on DoorDash, which meant I couldn’t change my order nor fully refund it and choose another option. Time wasted, $11 that I’ll never see again.

I initially ordered the Franceroni pizza online for takeout. I ended up getting home and seeing the mistake. It was just a plain pepperoni pizza. After calling the store and speaking to the manager, they made it good by preparing the correct one and telling me to keep the mistake pizza. See pictures below
