Typical delicious food. The chicken strips were even larger and more plump than usual. The ladies RR had run out of hand towels. I told a teen server talking to some friends while my hands were dripping. She didnt quite get the message so I grabbed some napkins. It was quite busy at the time so hand towels could pass. But employees are typically trained better than this young girl. Not worth marking down this fine restaurant.

I went through this drive through enroute to TN from SC. This was hands down the best fast food experience I have ever had. Eden took our order in line and had a trainee with her and she is the friendliest Chick Fil A employee I’ve ever encountered. We picked up our food at the window, and the manager Joel was outside the window handing people their orders and is the second friendliest Chick Fil A employee I’ve ever encountered. The sandwich itself was perfectly crispy and warm on the outside, and moist and flavorful on the inside. Chick Fil A has long been my fast food go-to, but this location is on a whole other level. We can’t wait to come back!

I had to place 3 different orders this morning before they actually got my order correct! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a side of hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were correct but the biscuit wasn’t so I ordered another biscuit and it was incorrect too. I called the delivery line and they sent out a replacement and it was finally correct. The bags were sealed and labels correct but the worker bagging food obviously can’t put the right food in the correct bag. In total I’ve been waiting on my order for almost two hours now through no fault of my delivery drivers.

This was the best Chik-fil-a I have ever had, everything was fresh and just tasted amazing. The service was quick and the staff were very polite. It has been a long time since I went to a Chik-fil-a and they made me want to go more often… My only complaint is that I was just passing through the area to get back home to Tennessee.
