It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The service was quick and professional. The employees were extremely nice. However the lobby closes. We did have an issue with a burger and notified us. The manager checked in on us and corrected it. All together this location is great.

Very clean and well maintained Whataburger location. Everything tasted as expected, quite deliciously. Staff is friendly too. Our only complaint was that our orders were missing some items. Good thing once we mentioned it they did their best to fix it ASAP. Aside from that issue, everything else was spot on. FYI, be sure to check your orders and make sure it’s fulfilled thoroughly before leaving the store.

Stopped here early this morning at the start of my road trip and my goodness. I work at a whataburger myself in Texas, but this one was SO huge and soo nice. The lobby was fully stocked, the floor has definitely been thoroughly sweeped and mopped. And as a female which automatically gives me higher standards, this whataburger definitely impressed me. Service was super chill and friendly too. Had to get a pic to show my friend who works w me at our wburger lol.

One of the best experiences at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. Upon walking in the worker at the register was very welcoming and nice. My food was ready and fresh within 3 minutes of ordering and the entire place was very clean. All employees are extremely respectful unlike every other restaurant in the area

Ordered spicy, crispy chicken sandwich, 3-piece chicken tender meal that came with drink (lemonade), fries, Texas toast, and dip/gravy sauce. The customer service was great. The food was fresh and fast. The only problem was the dry sandwich. I later had to add my own mayonnaise.
