Overall my food was good. My only issue. I ordered online and tried to follow my order but it kept saying getting order together. I went and it was done for some time. My onion rings luke warm. They need to update the website.

Received a menu in my mailbox today for this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken tenders & a buffalo chicken wrap. My husband is at work so I left the wrap for him when he gets home. I did try a small bite and it was good. Fries were great. Crispy but moist inside. Chicken fingers were good. I wish they had a little more meat inside but they were still good. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Delivery said 50-60 minutes. Food arrived in less than 30. Hot upon arrival. Highly satisfied. Definitely recommend & will order again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered pizza and cinnamon bites. Pizza was good… but the cinnamon bites were missing the dipping sauce. I called the restaurant and I was told the other driver will drop it off in a few minutes. 35 minutes later I call the restaurant again and spoke to Juan, the manager, and was told “everyone makes mistakes it’ll be there soon”. So instead of a simple apology or even a credit I was basically told to wait. The delivery guy showed up a total of 50 minutes later with dipping sauce…. I told the delivery guy the bread is cold and hard it’s been almost an hour. And the delivery guy was probably Juan cause he was rude too and asked for the food back. I obviously gave it back and I’ll be waiting for my credit as well since I returned food. I don’t understand how customer service was dropped so low at this place…. there were many easy ways to fix the problem but no attempt was made

Tried this place cause they had good ratings. It was the WORST food I have had in a long time. The pizza was tasteless. The boneless wings were gross, tasted like cheap veiny chicken. The cannolis taste like they were old and taste was rancid. Sorry but for the price it should be good

Your restaurant has made this baseball tournament very easy for us being so far from home, your delivery person to the Sheraton Wilmington South has been awesome. The girl that’s take the orders when you call in is always getting the orders wrong. She’s arguementive when you correct her wrong doing. They always over cook my french fries. Fries don’t supposed to taste like corn chips. The only thing I would recommend is the hamburgers. Don’t call in walk in are she’ll messed that up to.

Good food… Bad customer service. They messed up my order and I called to have it fixed. First she had attitude and said well can’t you just take the wrong toppings off? She hung up on me after telling me that she would send another pizza while I was in the middle of asking a question. She gave no instructions to send messed up pizza back. When the corrected pizza came, the driver said he needed the old pizza to give me the new pizza. I called back to ask what to do because we did not have the messed up pizza anymore. She began arguing with me on the phone and said that I should have known they would want the pizza back. Most places will not ask for the messed up food to be returned. The driver got frustrated and handed me the pizza and said he did not care. She continued to be very rude on the phone until she hung up on me mid conversation. We will absolutely not be ordering from them again. Good food is not worth being treated horribly by staff
