La Vita Dolce has an amazing atmosphere with such friendly workers. When i went it wasn’t too busy our gelato came out quickly. There was so many options for gelato. Samples are free. Everything we ordered was amazing! They have a wide variety of food to choose from as well. I will definitely come again.

I love trying new coffee shops when I travel to different towns. La Vita Dolce has a modern cafe vibe, soft music, and a good atmosphere to bring friends and relax. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew in a latte form and a BLT+egg panini which was amazing. My friend ordered the fruit and nut oatmeal with a Mexican mocha… the oatmeal had more cinnamon than anything and the Mexican mocha had too much cayenne to drink comfortably. Great overall experience. Will try again if I get the chance.

La Vita Dolce has a great atmosphere and friendly service. Their gelato and coffee options are superb, but the food is missing the mark. The Italian Panini is $16 after tax, and is a rip-off. There is minimal meat, and the bread is as thin as some crackers. While the flavor was good, for $16 you’d expect to receive a filling meal. I am disappointed in the value of this, especially considering the general atmosphere is great and café-like.

Local favorite. Great ambience with live music on some days. Their Affogato was the favorite in my group and we ordered it every time we visited. Their beautiful fig tree adds just the right amount of drama to the setting. Chill and relax and shoot the breeze or bring your laptops to catch up on work.

Update review 2021: still a favorite for an early morning coffee stop or midday iced tea /gelato fix. All through crazy 2020 they managed to stay open & adapt to the situation. It’s still a great place to meet up with friends for a chat. Their breakfast sandwiches and espresso drinks are delicious.
