I get so tired of pulling into stalls only to see a black screen and have to move to another stall. Most of the employees seem dead inside. No smiles, low energy. One of them wouldn’t say anything at all but I haven’t seen her lately. Chloe was my carhop today and she was GREAT. Fix the broken stalls, fix the parking lot, and do something to pep up your employees or treat them better.

Reviews don’t lie. Make sure to click newest reviews and you’ll see. It’s time for retooling of the employment here. Parking was under half full and it took 10 minutes to take my order. They’re also always out of bananas for milkshakes. Let’s see if customer service actually forwards the issues to corporate rather than just responding with the same bs.

Waited almost 15mins after pressing the button before someone finally answered, with an attitude. Watched them using their phones and vape inside the kitchen instead of taking orders. I like Sonic, but the staff at this location needs a lot of work… Over 30mins from start to finish

Please explain to me why all of the lights were off at this sonic. It says on Google you close at 10pm, but we pulled up at 7:30p and all the lights are off around the order menus, the sign for sonic wasn’t lit up. Kind of creepy and sketchy. Also, when we had our order taken the lady was very rude. She kept cutting us off and was very snappy. Carhop was super nice though. Even told us to have a blessed day.

What is up with this place? I came on Saturday, went to 3 stalls and was never answered to at any of them? One guy was running around without sonic attire.. looks like he is taking orders, cooking the food, getting the drinks, & car hopping the food out to cars. Not his fault but definitely the owner/manager. Clear sign of terrible owner/management.

Electra needs an attitude check, and overall the entire store, they’re very rude and treat any and everyone there like they’re a major inconvenience, I’ve worked in fast food myself and i get it’s stressful but i would never take my frustration out on strangers.

I think they try to hire the rudest staff. Everytime I have been there the staff is beyond rude. Went there tonight, 15 minutes before closing and was refused. The woman kept repeating, “we’re closed” and when I asked why they are closed when it is 9:45, she pretended over and over and she couldn’t hear me. We even said, all we wanted was a drink, no food. There were at least 10 other cars there, but we were being refused. Management, and ownership really needs to hire friendly staff who don’t close the doors early just because they feel like it. If a business is supposed to be open till 10pm, the should actually be open till 10pm.

This sonic really needs new management.. every time i come my order is either wrong or takes about 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger. I try to give them more chances because i LOVE sonic. I hope they get the help they need to make it better.
