Little Caesars normally wouldn’t get a review. But two things were review worthy on this day. Thanks to a 1/2 day for Birmingham schools there was a noon pizza ask… Upon pulling into the parking lot and seeing a crowd place with a line nearing the door I realized my child wasn’t the only with this thought AND it was actually what’s a normal lunch rush.

Ordered online for pick up, email confirmation received of my payment and order to be ready 15 mins later… when I arrived doors Locked with no one inside…hours posted on door and online say they open at 11 and it is now noon…30 mins now after my order was supposed to be ready. No one is answering when I call. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS and payment if you are not open or planning to open when scheduled to. I specifically ordered online for ease and quickness…now I have to waste more time cancelling this order and getting food somewhere else. AWFUL !! Not how you run a business!

Serving pizza with expired sheet outs. Watched manager cut pizzas and then made a new pizza with out washing her hands ✋️ or putting gloves on and they never answer the phone this diffently does not meet franchise standards hopefully Little Caesars Corporation pulls your franchise licensing

Wasn’t sure if the place was open or had mechanical issues because the lights were off when I walked in at 4pm. Asked the girl with a bunch of nose piercings if the place was open after saying hello and received the coldest “whats yur order” (instead of, you know, an actual response) I’ve ever received. Wanted the stuffed crust but she started charging out the transaction immediately so I figured forget it. Zero communication skills. To top it off, the pizza was the most dried out, cardboard trash I’ve ever gotten from a Little Caesars ever.

Paid $17 for bread sticks and pizza with 2 toppings. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes as the food was getting ready. When it was ready the cashier told me I didn’t pay for breadsticks and only a single pizza. I still got charged $17 for a singular pizza. Straight up robbery.

Here now passed opening time and the door is still locked, employees inside looking to see if we were still waiting outside the locked door after opening time with kids… Situations like this can become dangerous, either from an upset costumer or an employee acting out.

Place didn’t open until 3pm, although online ordering let me place an order to be picked up at noon. After going to pick up my order, there’s a note on the door saying won’t be open until 3pm. Maybe try updating your hours to coordinate with your online ordering service so people aren’t wasting time ordering when you’re not even open??
