I just came from this DD and it was horrible! I asked for an ice coffee and a tomato pesto sandwich. The ice coffee was overly sweet and the sandwich was just thrown together. I have been to many DD and this was the most horrible experience. The worst part of it is when I went back to the window to let them know, the manager/owner ( older Indian guy) told me that I needed to learn how to place an order instead of asking me how he can correct the order. Don’t support this DD. It is the worst!

Always absolutely horrible experience. Never had a good one. Every time I order a signature latte Its always iced when I ask specifically for hot… (Even though I shouldn’t have to,,,) I always have to exchange it which adds more to my visit. You can go to any other dunkin and the quality of food / service is like night and day. I had to leave on 2 separate occasions because they kept me over 25 minutes for a coffee and a bagel and I couldn’t be late for work. I was the only one in the store, and drive through. I ask for extra cream cheese and am charged for it but never get more then a light spread on a stale bagel. all the food is stale and old. anything cooked in their microwave tastes like chemical cleaner. No offence to the good workers here, god bless you

Asked for cold brew. They got the order wrong and we asked them to correct it and they sent back out the exact same coffees. Cold brew is more expensive but they gave us regular iced coffee instead. Scam.

Strong chemical taste and smell in the iced tea. Could be a cleaning solution or something but this isn’t the first time. Please taste products before you pull off.
