We loved the interior of the restaurant! Lots of tables inside and outside. There’s bar as well.

Bartenders are great and serve amazing food. Been twice the main servers on floor are way overworked. Jason made sure we got a nice table there near bar, he went extra and still served us at table instead of ordering at bar. Jason was amazing. Even a cook came by to ask bartender a quick question. He also checked on us, appreciated our visit. Luke I believe.

Had 745pm reservation, was sat outside on the patio and nobody came to our table for 30 minutes other than the guy filling waters. Finally caught the attention of someone who looked like a manager and she took our appetizer order. Another manager-looking lady brought the appetizer and took our drink orders and then took the drink menu away..? When our actual server finally came to the table around 830pm she took our meal order. Ordered medium rare steak, was medium, almost even well-done. No flavoring to the steak other than pepper. The fries that came with the steak were unseasoned plain McDonald’s-looking fries. Literally not even a garnish on the fries. Added my own salt and pepper. I sat with an empty water cup for the last 30-40 minutes of our time there. The busboy was more attentive and caring than our waitress. I understand this is a brand new restaurant but at least have the common sense to hire a more experienced waitstaff to work in this “luxurious” hotel restaurant. Was going to give one star but gave an extra star because the place looked very nice and decorated.

I’m local to Asheville and we’re always excited to try a new place. Twice now, yes on two different occasions, we tried to eat here. Both times after we were seated and ordered, we were told that “I’m sorry, the kitchen is closed!” Both times, we asked when we walked in if there was time for food. I get it, been in service industry before, sometimes the kitchen closes early, but don’t do that to a customer after they sat down and ordered! The first time we’re told that the kitchen closed at 8, only to find out it closes at 9! Terrible service both times. Of course, after complaining we were offered free drinks and a gift certificate, nope, didn’t want it! That is not the point of complaining in my world. Besides, I would not give them the opportunity to fool me a third time. I do not recommend this place at all. Two thumbs down!

First and foremost they need a real chef. Four scollops on a huge bed of spicy rice does not a meal make and for whopping $35 I will not be back. I live Asheville and cannot recommend this restaurant. Atmosphere is interesting but not intimate. My friends had similar reactions to mine. It’s a shame!

Annual trip to Asheville with BF, had cocktails of rooftop one night, decided to stop by for lunch while cruising around town since the patio out front was so nice. Jack was the best server we had all weekend! Clearly loves his job!

Been in twice since they opened to have drinks at the bar. Last visit was a disappointment with one of the bartenders “showing off” by trying to make cocktails that he ended up throwing out after HE tried them,, cussing and giving attitude to customers. Thankfully Cole was professional,.friendly and made us fantastic cocktails.

New restaurant inside The Renovation Hotel. They recently started serving brunch. Beautiful place overlooking Pritchard Park. Good service, good food. Meal was better and no more expensive than my last visit to Cracker Barrel.

It is worth it for the view. The roof had a nice feel, and the temps were perfect. I got the smash burger it was nice, the fries were good. Hearing the city while watching the sun set. Made for a great end to the day.
