Line appeared long. However, I feel that Chick-fil-A should host a drive-thru master class! I was in and out in no time. My order was 100% correct. And 1000% DELIGHTFUL! THIS location rocks for sure! Friendly, fast food. I used to think they were more expensive. However, the quality and service make it worth it. And even trash fast food cost the same now, as this premium chicken deliciousness.

Terrible I will never return shame on the manager chabria Hughes I went to return my sandwich’s I got on broad thinking it would be no problem she would not return them . I was in drive thru she asked me to move forward I said not till I get my sandwich’s replaced for a new one not the 2 old ones I received chicken taste like it had been sitting in there Warmer for quite some time . She called the police on me I was in line less the 2 minutes and decided it’s not worth it I drive away keep in mind my 3children are home waiting for me. As I leave 2 police cars follow me pull me over I received a Crimean tress pass the officers if I return to location don’t worry I never will. I never used any foul language or rude I was polite respectful, as a company of faith I don’t understand what values you teach your managers very disappointed I was a regular with my family very disappointed being treated like a criminal not good business.

The line for this location at Debbie and Matlock was very fast. We had a large order and they had it ready almost as fast as we arrived at the window. The food is fresh and hot. Only downfall is not opening on Sundays but that’s a religious thing.

I really like this location, I like the space and the people. We just tried it a couple weeks ago and have came back three times already- sort of bypassing two closer locations on the way. Only thing is when baby gets older I know he’ll want to go to a different one because this one doesn’t have a play area. I hope they’ll consider putting one in.

No toilet paper in the women’s bathroom and it took awhile for someone to correct this. There was a young lady sitting across from me who had received her order but she had to wait 20 minutes for someone to ask if she had received her shake. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to finally get her shake. Someone kept yelling at the crew to”just let it go, and then go, go, go. She just kept yelling at people.

Some employees are required to work outside in EXTREME TX heat unnecessarily at this location. They make them stand next to a brand new drive through speaker which works just fine. The temperature today was 103° and the Heat index was 111°. Some of the other chick fila locations have large AC units outside for the outdoor staff. This one had small ones outside that was no where near the outdoor staff. The employees were sweating profusely.
