Went in at 930 am on a Sunday 8/27 wasn’t open on time when they finally opened food not set and ready. The girl behind the counter was approx. Early 20s. Very shiny face was the rudest individual I’ve ever come across. To top off this extremely RUDE experience got home later we went to eat the food it was totally AWEFUL!….. DON’T GO TO THIS PANDA. Not sure who owned it now but NOT the same as the rest. SAVE YOURSELVES COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT all around. It seems the people who run it HATE their customers for real.

This lady gave me literally 4-5 strips of teriyaki chicken. Idk about you all but this infuriated me. Also her gloves was ripped and she kept serving people after me.

Came in for dinner about an hour before close, the staff was nice and courteous about some options not being ready but they were making it and we could wait. They made all the things we ordered without attitude. While we were eating, a large group of people, maybe 35 or so, came in and were very disorganized. They yelled at the staff about some options not being ready, keep in mind it’s maybe 30 minutes before close too. The manager? Came and smoothed over the angry people too, it looks like they made the food as fast as they could. Good service on their end. Food was good.

Whoever worked nightshift in the kitchen on the july 10 was terrible at cooking.

I understand that it was a lunch rush, but how do you skip over the person standing right in front of you?

I come in this Panda location alot, since it’s so close to my house. I really appreciate how respectful and professional everyone is. I never had an issue with customer service or hospitality. Everyone has always greeted me and was well mannered and had good communication amongst the kitchen and the food is always hot and ready. Thats what the fast food industry is all about! Great job to your team!

I’ve came to this location since it was pretty much built. I came in the other night to order the meal I have ALWAYS order. 2 entrée with chow mein, double orange chicken and a small box of white rice. Maria advise I was not allowed to get a small box. Those boxes are only for entrée…. I have eaten panda well over 15 years and never have had an issue. When I got to the cashier they advised me they can’t ring up a small white rice. I did not care how it was rang up but I wanted to spend $6 on some rice. I’m pretty sure the rice is alot cheaper on their end. They could have rang it up as another orange chicken for all I care. I went to another location and was able to ONLY get white rice in a small box. Not sure if there’s new management or Maria needs more training but I will go out of my way to another location from now on.

Food tasted good. However, super small portion sizes. Not sure how they consider a small scoop an entre (Merriam-Webster dictionary definition: the main dish of a meal), when the amount of side they give is much larger than the entre. Might as call them “small tastes” instead of entres..

1 piece of beef to 2 pieces of broccoli and you get 6 pieces of broccoli lol. Quality isn’t a word here unfortunately neither is service. Better off cooking it yourself

The employees don’t seem to really care about customer service, they acknowledge you when they feel like acknowledging you. They will proceed to talk to their employees, until they’re ready to talk to you.
