I was an international student in the area some years ago, and used to crave good quality Chinese food from time to time – Bo Sing always hit the spot. Best Chinese American food in Philadelphia (and maybe even on the East Coast) for very affordable prices! Came back half a decade later with my wife, and she was sold. They close at 11 but still answer the phones… workers are married couple and are really old so they always mess up your order… place looks disgusting when you walk in… very unprofessional and I found aim kinda bug in my fried rice
