Pork was dark brown and rubbery with a very unpleasant taste. I don’t think it was safe for human consumption. The peanut sauce was also very sweet and tastes too much like peanut butter.

What originally brought me in was my search for vietnamese coffee. The second I walked in, I was blasted with a delicious aroma. I had eaten prior to arriving so I grabbed my coffee (which was pretty solid, I enjoy every sip) and headed off. The smell is what made me decide I MUST come again and try the food. I was not disappointed. I got the Cowabunga Pho / Phở Đặc Biệt and God it was delicious. So pack with savory flavor, I had a hard time leaving any broth. I will definitely come back and try more food.

Ive had phō in many places around the US and definitely have had better but this was really good. The beef phō had a nice, lite broth, chewy noodles, tender meat… perfect on a cold day. I want to go back and try their other foods, and have more phō. These days, I feel like I’m rediscovering Portland.

There vegan curry with tofu is AMAZING! Highly recommend trying it. Or any curry really they do a great job and it’s not like Thai curry with coconut milk in it, it’s more broth like. Also try the vermicelli noodle bowl, it’s rice noodles, veggies, and sweet chili sauce and with a choice of protein and it’s my other go to! Absolutely love this place

Exactly what I’m looking for in Vietnamese Pho. The vegan option included lots of veggies, the tofu was flavorful and service was fast. Our neighbors got the noodles and everything looked very colorful.

It’s more of Vietnamese street food vibe here.. we had the chicken wings (not deep fried enough.. I didn’t like them), pho with tofu ( on the salty side for me) and tork (tofu pork) banh Mi… service was decent. You order at the counter.

The best bahn mi I’ve had in town. Both the curry chicken and the beef are downright delicious. The pho is spectacular as well and the bubble tea is dialed in perfectly. Go here.

I am SO HAPPY I found xinh xinh. This is my new go to pho place. As a vegetarian my main needs are well cooked tofu, fresh veggies (not frozen) and a good, delicate broth. This place does their vegetarian pho perfectly. And the veggie spring rolls were obviously not frozen either and were made to perfection.

A friend raved about this. Brought our pho and forgot the meatballs. The side dish of limes, peppers etc had about 4 bean sprouts. Had to ask for more. My friend had none. I seems they didn’t want to open a new bag or something. But we made them. No service. Bus your own table. Place was a bit messy. Nothing special.
