Update: I went back the next day and completely disappointed there was nobody taking orders or answering the drive thru yet someone was inside walking around! I called corporate office on all three locations in west palm beach! Hopefully we see improvement! We pay our hard earned money why isnt service and quality consistent? COVID is over and these businesses are lazyier than ever! Sweet tea perfectly sweet fresh food exactly how i asked and good customer service and stay open late enough for people that work late

Do yourself a favor, skip this location. I stopped in for a coffee to kill time before an appointment. I was given a weak cup of coffee, the service was slooooow even though there was only one person in front of me, and the interior was dirty and the people that worked there were the loudest bunch. It’s a poor excuse for a Dunkin Donuts.

Slowest service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. I waited over 20 minutes to be told, “Our ovens aren’t working, we can only do drinks and donuts.” I ordered a refresher, “we don’t have that flavor right now, we only have strawberry and peach mango.” So I ordered the peach mango, but when I got to the window, they didn’t have that either. I guess Strawberry it is.

Workers were working hard but I waited in lobby 20 minutes from arrival to departure. When I got the food the donut was stale, hot chocolate tasted like hot brown water and cinnamon raisin bagel was very low on raisins (not the fault of the workers).

Absolute horrible service. I’m a service technician in the Tri-County area for Miami Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach… I do a fair bit of driving and I drink a fair amount of coffee. I frequent many Dunkin Donuts locations and I’ve been to this one more than once. I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment because up here in Riviera Beach there are a few other places that are better to get coffee at but for some reason I always stop here and I’m always disappointed. The doughnuts are never fresh in this location, the coffee is always burnt and tastes slightly off oh, the employees that work here are so unhappy to be working here that tell each other behind the counter that “they do not care how slow drive through is and they do not care how long it takes to make people’s food they don’t need to come here” these are actual quotes from working employees that are here right now, no name tags or I would list their actual names but the girl with the long braids that works the counter should be fired. Like I said earlier in this review there are other places in Riviera Beach to get coffee… I don’t think I’ll be back. The picture I posted is of the drive-thru line oh, not one of those cars moved the entire time I typed this review from the parking lot. Extremely slow drive-thru #customergobeforgood

Every time I come to this location which is close by my job… I order online and still have to wait for my order like I’m in the Drive-Thru or walking in with a line. The service is bad two of the employees are always outside taking a cigarette break. The employee with the red hair has been outside for at least 5 minutes talkin whoever owns this Dunkin Donut your employees sucks
