First time pizza purchase on 11/19/22. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza, and it did not look like the picture on the menu. There were very few green peppers, mushrooms and sausage. Some slices had no green peppers and sausage at all. The pizza was not hot, but I heated it up at home. Businesses are in a rush to do things quick. The pizza and chicken wings were ready in 8 minutes per the text, yet they claim to be made fresh. Quick is not necessarily better.

I’m really upset to be giving Dominos such a terrible review, but black olives make me sick so when I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be HALF black olives (for my roommate) we got a pizza with black olives on almost the whole thing. I cannot believe the lack of pride these people take in their work. I have never had issues before. Whoever made this pizza clearly does not care about their job.

This is the most consistently run Dominos I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. They call if there’s a delay, perhaps due lack to a driver, (I’m happy see to be honestly informed; not just waiting cluelessly), but that itself is very rare to even have to worry about . The manager has delivered many time; That itself is true deduction to customer service. They make the pizzas actually with the extra toppings paid for: Other places trick you by spreading the same amount of toppings over a greater area. Keep up the amazing work everyone!

These people don’t care what your food looks like. How and why!? Then the individual answering the phone decided to “ok sir” me while I’m still talking to him trying to inform him of what I received. I told him not to cut me off and the flood gates of passive aggressiveness came out of him. Smh, you give your money but you get what you get

I am downgrading this review to a 2 star. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. It’s interesting that my pizza was burnt and wrong ( didn’t get the banana peppers I paid for but got the mushrooms I didn’t want). It even said it on my receipt. Went to place a review because I was home and not going out and the pizza food quality review was blacked out and I couldn’t tell them the order was wrong. The phone was busy and the app was so glitchy that it didn’t know the food was done by the tracker. The person who gave me the pizza was nice but the pizza and the app have really gone down.
