We keep giving this place another chance like every 6 months because of the lack of choices in the area but I think we learned for good that this time was the last time. Ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered within the hour. It took almost an hour and a half to deliver and we live .4 miles away. Then, bit into the pizza and it was SO BLAND! The only thing not bland about it was the bitterness from the completely burnt bottom of it. I ended up calling and letting them know, didn’t even get a “I’m sorry”. The girl asked for name and address and I said I do not want a replacement. “Okay” she says, still no apology. Oh well.

Chicago Pizza is not Chicago Pizza. Was very disappointed with it. The grilled chicken wrap though was 5/5. Very tasty. Friendly staff. Prices good. Wasn’t happy with the deep dish Pizza. Not enough sauce. Overall will come back but won’t get that Pizza again

Boyfriend and I ordered from here last night and ordered garlic knots, we received a salad instead and he called and told them there was a mistake. They didn’t offer a refund or bring the right order. Won’t be ordering from here again
