I ordered coffee’s today and I was handed 2 HOT coffees without sleeves and was told they did not have any sleeves but I would have to pay to extra cup to put over the 2 coffees I already purchased. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. I really like Tim Hortons coffee but I will never go to the Tim Hortons that doesn’t require sleeves on their coffee. Most importantly they don’t care about BURNING THEIR CUSTOMER’S!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Since Burger King bought tim hortons a few years back they have slowly gone down hill. This location like many others serves inconsistent coffee and overpriced sandwiches. The only saving grace for me is the BELT that the incompetent staff forgets the cheese on 50% of the time. They only higher teens and very early 20 year olds no doubt because they refuse to pay a reasonable wage.

This is my favorite Timmy’s, the breakfast food and coffee is always hot and fresh tasting, they have the nicest people in the drive through and there’s never a wait. Even the cold brew tasted amazing, they out perform all the other Timmy’s downriver.
