I come here regularly since it’s close to my house. But the service and operation today was horrible. I’ve came here a little bit after school got out and have been waiting for over 35 minutes in a spot for some cheeseburgers and fries. Every spot for them to guide you to after your money is taken is full. And I’m sure my food will be cold when it comes out. It maybe better for you to go to a different McDonald’s that can handle a school rush. I hate to leave a comment like this but the amount of time this is taking is beyond ridiculous. Only one person bringing out food and only 3 bags at a time. I wish I could cancel my order through the app. And as I finish this 40 minute wait, the fries were still cold.

I have been here a couple of times, and it just gets worse every single time. The first couple of times, the cashier was super rude. She saw me waiting to order but she never took my order. It took her at least 10 minutes to come an take it. Mainly, everyone at this location speaks Spanish. Of course, they speak badly about the customer since. Since i know Spanish, I knew what they were saying. They also shelter a homeless man, which I do not mind. What i do mind is that he sits right at the entrance by the cashier. I’m sorry, but he makes the whole front end of the store smell, which is really unappetizing. This happened at least 5 times now. They also forget to add all your food all the time. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

Got the order in the morning and it was the fresh and coffee wait for 30mins and it was not even fresh or not even hot. Can’t believe they allowed this the owner of this location and the environment was so negative and no welcome to McDonald’s and ppl waiting for more then 30mins for their orders. Not recommended this location to anyone at all

Manager “Tiffany” was extremely rude to me. Her lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the training she has received as a manager. I despise coming to this location because of ZERO stars out of 5 in customer service. I always have issues here and I would recommend everyone to boycott this location! Avoid at all cost. Go to the one on SW Military instead, at least you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t ever leave a bad a review, at any place. This placed did this for the last time. We go here because it’s kinda of close to home. They always get my wife’s , n kids order right. But for some reason my order is always wrong… today I say mc Donald’s needs to higher people in back who know how to make orders properly. I did phone management and he couldn’t even return conversation back weridst phone call with dead silence from manager..he said for me to bring my order back and they would fix it. Nope I will not drive another 15 min to that location. We will go to a different one for now on.. mc Donald’s will lose our business the next time this happens.. higher people who care!!!

Served raw hamburgers, now we have food poisoning. Always a 30 min wait when noone is in line. Staff is rude. Waited 8 min for them to take order at drive thru and they asked for more time. Noone was in front at either window.

AIDAN CASHIER! I come here for my kids it’s the closest one to us. All the employees are RUDE! The lack of customer service is outstanding. I paid at the kiosk went to the register for my cups the man with long hair and a big Mario mustache with no hair net! Didn’t say one word to me didn’t greet me snatched the receipt looked over my order slamed the cups down and walked away. He did the same thing when bringing my food he slammed it on the table. Really if he hates his job so bad why work here he’s getting paid to be rude and ot give a $#%@. On top of that they serve cold food.
