The cook DON, was awesome very kind and checked in on us, and he did the best he could with what he was given product quality and amount wise. SO for 3 burgers that were supposed to be about 7.50, they implied combos fries and drink… and a kids plain hot dog meal $53!! Which was outrageous before even eating it. The pictures speak volumes but no condiments at least on the Hawaiian burger, and the pineapple which makes it Hawaiian was barely there. Thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed. I wish I could blame it on it being busy, but we were legit the only people there not being employed. I will never go back. Fries alone were $4 ish dollars.. I’m thinking the good reviews are flukes. Again though DON was awesome..

Had a craving for a burger and based on the reviews thought I would give this place a try while in Panama City. There was only one person working when I got there and only one person waiting on her order. I placed a to go order for a cheeseburger and onion rings. I have got to say i have never been more disappointed in a $13.00 plus tip order in my life. First I’ll describethe food portions; the size of the burger was comparable to the small/regular at Tally Ho, the onion rings were less than an average portion for the price so I would say an average portion for regular order at Burger King. The onion rings were burnt to the point that they were inedible as well as the hamburger patty which also had no flavor, the lettuce looked as though the rotten leaf part was cut off as only the rib part was served with the burger. The onion ring dipping sauce provided was VERY spicy. My order was one of if not the most unacceptable orders I have ever purchased. If I worked in this or any other eatery I would have never served this to any customer. I try to be honest and fair with all of my reviews and I regretfully have to give this eatery a big thumbs down. ** Lesson learned** Always look at your to go order before leaving the business… ♀️

They must be busy chasing cars because this restaurant sucks. It took them 30 mins to make 3 hamburgers. We had to tell them to take back 2 of them. The staff doesn’t know what’s going on. The food isn’t good either. Sad that this place didn’t do well.

The burgers were pretty good. Got the hot dog, and two burgers with onion rings. The onion rings came with what they called spicy ranch. It was neither spicy or tasted like ranch. I think they put the same sauce on my hot dog. It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t get it again. The burgers were very fresh, great buns and the toppings were fresh. The burgers came out hot, the hot dog wasn’t. I don’t know if maybe they made the hot dog first and then my burger, hard to say. This was at a time where there was only 4 other tables eating and only me and another table were waiting for the food. In my opinion it took way too long to make two burgers and a hot dog. At least the burger tasted good. I know they opened recently and I will give them another shot before I decide not to go again.

I’m so sad my experience was so bad. I was so excited to try the place out. When we got there it took forever to place our order. There were only 2 people ahead of us so I’m not sure why. They were out of the side I wanted and the first drink choice I tried was also out. We waited 20 min for our food before I went back up to the counter to ask how much longer. I was told he was working on it and it was almost done. When he asked what I ordered it was clear he had not been working on it. We waited another 8 min then I asked them to just make it to go because I was out of time and had to get back to work. Order still wasn’t done. In all this time the people ahead of use had already gotten their food and eaten. It was a simple order. No reason it should have taken that long.the guy cooing wasn’t too nice but at least the guy and lady at the counter were. The food was bland with no flavor and didn’t look too appealing. For the amount they charge I expected better.

had the buffalo burger and tots. it was perfect! the size, the flavor, the freshness. And we can’t forget the banana pudding jars. Huge hit with the entire family!!! I will def be back!!

Best burger in bay county! My wife and I just got back. She had the classic, I had the mushroom and Swiss. The meat was high quality, and super juicy. The buns were great too! They properly caramelized the mushrooms and onions, too.

I love finding a good burger joint to give my money to over fast food restaurants. Tasted like a real burger with fresh toppings. Service was good and very friendly. I only have to hold back a star due to the French fry portioning compared to the price. I was prepared to assume that I just got a small scoop, but I overheard an employee kindly delivering a lame excuse as to why another customer’s portions were also tight. I think an adjustment to the price or portioning is appropriate. The fries were few, but delicious I’ll say at least.

The only good thing about this place was the cashier who took our order. We paid over $60 for a couple of burgers, one drink and 2 orders of tater tots and cheese curds (that they replaced because they didn’t even have them). Quality of food was below average, everything looked sloppy and overcooked. Definitely would not recommend and I’ll never be back.
